Celebrated annually August 3, National Where Them Fans At Day™ raises awareness of the originator of the phrase 'Where Them Fans At'-Dr. Greshun De Bouse-via her Fanclack Structural Protocol™(FSP™). The Protocol consists of the vocal cue 'Where Them Fans At '-the first line, second verse of Dr. De Bouse’s Boots on the Ground Louisiana Lean Line Dance™ (©) 2022, followed by the fanclack choreographic sequence. Continuing the spirit of National Boots on the Ground Day™ (May 27), the overarching Boots on the Ground Ecosystem™, National Handheld Fan Day™, and National Fanclack Day™-also all conceptualized and created by Dr. Greshun De Bouse, National Where Them Fans At Day™ promotes historical preservation of the first Black rodeo in the U.S., unity in and via cowboy and western culture, line dance traditions with boot symbolism and handheld flatfan usage, fanclack safety and responsibility awareness, and fanclack execution rhythmic art preservation. National Where Them Fans At Day™ is the third of the unified, multi-layered calendar milestone celebrated annually on August 3rd. This date anchors three interlocked cultural, historical, and performance initiatives single-handedly established under the broader Boots on the Ground Ecosystem™ created by Dr. Greshun De Bouse in 2022, which includes her Boots on the Ground Louisiana Lean Line Dance © 2022.
